The three plans

Creator suits individuals, Business suits small teams, and Enterprise adds SSO and custom terms. Prices are per month, and you choose how often to be billed.

Creator: $129 per month. 2 members, 1 workspace, 1 GB storage.
Business: $249 per month. 4 members, up to 3 workspaces, 50 GB storage.
Enterprise: custom pricing through sales. Unlimited members and workspaces, 500 GB storage, SSO.

Quarterly or yearly, same rate

There's no monthly billing. Creator is $387 per quarter or $1,548 per year; Business is $747 per quarter or $2,988 per year. Both cadences cost the same per month, so the choice is invoice frequency, not price.

Who manages billing

Only the workspace owner can open the billing portal. Members and admins run the workspace; the owner holds the wallet.

Upgrading

The owner picks the new plan in the billing portal. Stripe shows exactly what changes and what it costs before you confirm, and the higher limits apply once the change goes through.

Downgrading

Downgrade the same way, in the portal. Your limits follow the new plan, and nothing you created is ever deleted: if you're over the new storage limit, existing files stay put and you simply can't add more until you're back under.

Cancelling, and the fair-cancel guarantee

Cancel anytime from the portal. The month you cancel in is charged in full and stays yours to the end, and every unused full month of your quarter or year is refunded automatically to the payment method you paid with. Whole months, no pro-rated days, no asking.

Paying

Self-serve plans are paid by card through Stripe. Enterprise is invoiced through sales.

Daily limits

Some actions have a daily allowance that resets at midnight UTC. Storage is cumulative and never resets. When you hit a limit, the action is blocked with an error until the next reset.

FAQ

Billing questions

Is there a free trial?
Not today. Quarterly billing plus the fair-cancel guarantee is our version of low risk: if it isn't for you, unused full months come back automatically.
What exactly do I get back if I cancel a yearly plan after two months?
Ten months back, automatically, to your original payment method. Month two is charged in full and remains yours until it ends.
Does cancelling delete my workspace?
No. Cancelling stops billing; your workspace and data stay. Deleting a workspace is a separate, deliberate flow with its own 30-day grace period.
Why can't I pick monthly billing?
Monthly was retired in 2026. Quarterly is the shortest cadence, costs the same per month as yearly, and the refund guarantee removes the commitment risk.
Can an admin change our plan?
No. The billing portal is owner-only. Admins manage the workspace; the owner manages the money.
Do unused daily allowances roll over?
No. Every counter resets to zero at midnight UTC.
What happens when I hit the post limit?
Publishing is blocked with an error until the counter resets at midnight UTC. Your drafts are untouched.
How do I get Enterprise?
Talk to us through the contact page. Pricing and terms are agreed with sales, and billing moves to invoicing.
