The approval pipeline
Writers propose for review; nothing publishes directly.
Reviewers work the In Review column on the Board.
Clients approve by emailed link, no accounts needed.
The failure sweep
Start the day on Home: Needs attention lists failed posts.
Fix the cause, often an expired channel, then retry.
Only failed channels are retried; published ones stay put.
