Pilot's output always crosses a human checkpoint: proposals wait in a queue, posts follow the normal review flow, and nothing publishes on its own.

The proposal queue
Every proposal starts pending. Any workspace member can approve or reject it, and the decision is recorded in the activity log.
Post reviews still apply
A post that began as a proposal follows the same review flow as any post, including reviewers outside your workspace responding from an emailed link.
The hard rule
Nothing Pilot produces is published automatically. A human decision sits between every draft and your audience.

They're marked rejected and kept in history, so you can always see what was turned down and why.
