What are Flows?

Updated Jul 2026·1 min

Automations that react to what happens in your workspace: a trigger fires, steps run, and each enrolled contact moves through at their own pace.

The shape of a flow

A trigger starts it, steps do the work, and conditions branch the path. You build it on a visual canvas and publish when ready.

Draft, active, paused

Flows start as drafts, run when active, and can be paused without losing anything. Publishing validates the flow first.

Start from a template, or ask Pilot

Flow templates cover the common shapes, and Pilot can draft a flow from a plain-language description. Either way, you review before it runs.

Daily runs

Flow runs count against a daily allowance: 5 on Creator, 50 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. Counters reset at midnight UTC.

FAQ

Flow questions

What can a flow actually do?

Did this move from CRM?
Yes. Automations grew into their own section, and the old links redirect here.
