Workspace basics

Workspace: your team's shared home. Content, contacts, and settings all live here.
Member: a person in your workspace. Creator includes 2, Business 4, Enterprise unlimited.
Channel: a connected social account, like your Instagram profile or LinkedIn page.

Content

Post: one piece of content, drafted once and published to one or more channels.
Variant: a per-channel version of a post, so your X text can differ from your LinkedIn text.
Board, Calendar, List: the three views of your posts.
Review: an approval request on a post. Reviewers can sit outside your workspace and answer from an emailed link.

Pilot and Brand

Pilot: the AI copilot in your workspace. It drafts and suggests, and never publishes on its own.
Brand Center: home for your story, colors, logos, and voice. Pilot reads it to stay on brand.
Brand skill: a saved instruction that shapes how Pilot writes for you.

CRM and Helpdesk

Contact: a person in your CRM, with every interaction on one timeline.
Deal: an opportunity you move through pipeline stages.
Helpdesk: the shared inbox for comments and messages from your channels.
Flow: an automation that runs when something happens, like a new contact arriving.

Site and Studio

Site: the website Medal Social hosts for you.
Studio: the visual editor where you change your site.
NextMedal: the technology behind your site. You'll mostly meet it as the Studio.
