What is the CRM?

Updated Jul 2026·1 min

Contacts, deals, and email in one place, sharing one timeline. What a person did on social, in your emails, and in your pipeline reads as one story.

The Contacts list with named contacts, labels, and email statuses. The Contacts list with named contacts, labels, and email statuses.

Three parts, one timeline

Contacts: the people, with every interaction on their profile.
Deals: opportunities moving through your pipeline stages.
Email: templates, campaigns, and flows that write to the same timeline.

Why it lives with your content

The CRM shares the workspace with your channels, so social interactions land on contact timelines and Pilot can reason across all of it.

Where to start

Add or import your contacts, define the custom fields your business thinks in, and let the timeline fill itself from there.

Mostly no. Email events, lifecycle changes, notes, and social interactions are recorded on the timeline as they happen.
Where did Automations go?
They grew into their own section: Flows. Everything about triggers and actions lives there now.
How many emails can I send?
500 per day on Creator, 5,000 on Business, 50,000 on Enterprise. Counters reset at midnight UTC.
