Draw it on the canvas: pick a trigger, chain steps, branch with conditions, then publish. Validation catches broken flows before they run.

Pick the trigger

Start from the event, schedule, or webhook that should set things in motion.

Chain the steps

Add emails, waits, and conditions on the canvas. Each branch reads top to bottom, so the logic stays visible.

Publish with validation

Publishing checks the flow first, so a missing template or a dead end is caught before anyone is enrolled.

Watch it run

Execution logs show each run, and enrollment health flags flows whose contacts are stuck.

FAQ

Builder questions

Can I edit a running flow?
Pause it, edit, and publish again. Pausing holds enrollments without losing them.
Too blank-page? Start faster.
Open a template or describe the flow to Pilot in plain language, then adjust the draft it gives you.
