Changelog - March 2026
March marked the end of a planned quiet period and the platform's biggest single-month release in some time: realtime co-editing across every composing surface, a rebuilt settings experience, smarter automation tooling, and a round of social publishing fixes that make cross-platform scheduling more reliable.
Realtime collaboration
Every composing surface — email templates, posts, flow canvases, brand assets, contact notes, and inline comments — now syncs in real time. Multiple people can work in the same document simultaneously, with changes appearing instantly for all participants. Sessions are persisted so work is never lost between connections, and the AI assistant runs over the shared session so the whole team sees suggestions live.
Version history for all editors
Version history is now available across all collaborative surfaces, not just email templates. Any surface that supports co-editing keeps a revision trail, letting you review past states and restore a previous version at any point.
Settings and workspace navigation
The workspace settings area was restructured. The calendar view for scheduled content, inbox notification tabs, and team invitation management are now all accessible from a single, consistent settings home. The sidebar was also reworked — the workspace switcher is more prominent, and the clock is integrated into the footer so the header stays clean.
Automation and campaigns
Flow templates let you start an automation from a pre-built starting point instead of assembling it from scratch. The campaign audience editor now includes a segment builder and link tracking, and a new condition-variable system unlocks more branching logic in flows.
Email sending improvements
Custom email domains now enforce sender uniqueness more strictly, preventing accidental duplicate sender addresses. An Amazon SES provider option is available for workspaces that route transactional and marketing mail through their own AWS infrastructure.
Social publishing fixes
A set of reliability fixes landed for cross-platform publishing: X Premium long-form post validation, Instagram video media type handling, LinkedIn company page display (organization name now shown instead of the personal profile), and better error messages when a scheduled post fails — including platform-specific guidance to help diagnose and reschedule.
Key fixes
- LinkedIn poll publishing corrected after a structural validation error caused submissions to fail.
- Video media signed URLs extended to 24 hours, resolving publish failures for longer video files.
- Post composer now auto-derives a title from content when no explicit title is set.
- Workspace deletion now properly cleans up associated sender domain records.
