Changelog - January 2026

January's updates focused on the Medal Social marketing site: Arabic language support, richer SEO output, inline social media embeds, and a new documentation section.

Arabic language support

The marketing site now supports Arabic, including right-to-left layout handling and an expanded Arabic translation set. A dedicated Arabic typeface (Noto Sans Arabic SemiBold) was added for correct typographic rendering across page titles and body text. Visitors browsing in Arabic will see a fully localised experience across all supported pages.

SEO and discoverability

Structured data schemas — FAQPage, Product, and VideoObject — are now generated automatically from page content. Search engines can use this signal to display richer results. Sitemap generation was also updated to reflect all active language versions, so every supported locale is properly indexed.

Social media embeds

Content pages can now embed posts from six platforms inline: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube. Embeds load lazily and are sandboxed for privacy. This makes editorial pages more expressive without requiring manual iframe wiring.

Documentation section

A new documentation area is live on the site, with sidebar navigation and mobile-optimised layout. It provides a structured home for product guides and integration references.

Key fixes

  • Site layout components now fall back gracefully if the CMS is temporarily unreachable, keeping pages functional during brief outages.
  • App routing and URL handling were tightened to reduce edge-case misdirects.
  • Type consistency across the collection layer was improved to prevent silent data mismatches.
